Our Story
How it all started
Superior Care Solutions was founded on a simple idea: support for people with disabilities should be built on respect, not regulation. Our founders saw too many people falling through the cracks — not because they weren't capable, but because the system wasn't listening.
We started with a handful of passionate people and one clear goal: prove that NDIS support could be different. More personal. More flexible. More human.
Today, we've grown into a team of 50+ staff supporting 100+ participants across Sydney and the Wollongong area. But our mission hasn't changed — help people live their life, their way. No compromise.
